Surrey Registration Service is responsible for the registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships that occur in the county of Surrey. There are three district register offices in Surrey.
For births and deaths you should contact the district register office for where the birth or death occured.
For marriages and civil partnerships, you should contact the district register office for where you live.
